Hit the wallace at daylight, parked at the hatchery. tryed floats,cork and yarn,eggs,sand shrimp and nothing going on, swithed to a jig John sold me at johns sporting goods in everett still nothing, did have some fun catching big coho one after another on the jig. they were all firetrucks of course and released all of them. all of at the bend were catching and releasing coho and one gut was having a blast on a fly rod with them. it sucks they are closing the season just as it is getting started. living in lake stevens what do i fish for now??? I guess its time to go to alaska lol

I would also like to thank a guy that was fishing there, i was wading in the deep water and he was also there going to get some free jigs from the bushes, i have a bad hip and fell up to my cheast in the river, he was next to me and gave me a hand to pull me up. Thanks

yes just like fishing the pinks, John at the everett sporting goods store told me to use this jig, i was going to try a float but went with jig only at end of line.
